VINIFICATION

The fruits materials are harvests with care and sanitary.
To make BELLE VILLE ROSÉ WINE we mix 60% Grenache grape and 40% Cinsault grape.
The clear mixture will be ferment softly in 3 weeks at 18-19oC.
The clear wines are preserves in the inox tank in a few months before bottling with care.


THE WINE

Eye: Bright frank pink robe with opalescent hues.
Noze: Clean fruit and floral bouquet with hint of acid drop when aerated.
Mouth: Afresh and fleshy dry rosé with a crisp mouth, supple and light, with expressive perfunes of red fruits and berries.


TASTING

Serve at: 12/14oC
Wine & Food: Can be drunk by itself as an "aperitif" or with salads, grilled meat and fish.
Ageing: a wine to drink while young and fresh with 3 years of the vintage.
