Alcoholic fermentation at Blending after completing of the malolactic fermentation
The wine is aged for 12 months in vats.
Eye: Bright, deep purple-ruby robe.
Noze: Predominantly fruit bouquet - red and black berries and stewed fruits - with spicy and peppery aromas.
Mouth: In mouth, ample and elegant wine which power is well contained thanks to unctuous tannins. Sumptuous fruity finish.
Serve at: 17/18oC
Wine & Food: To accompany roasts and grilled meats, poultry and feathered game as well as medium strong cheeses.
