The fruits materials are harvests with care and sanitary.
To make BELLEVILLE RED WINE we mix 40% of Shiraz grape with 60% Grenache grape.
The clear mixutre will be ferment softly in 3 weeks at 18-19oC.
The clear wines are preserves in the inox tank in a few months before bottling with care.
Noze: Fruity bouquet with a touch of crystallized cherry.
Mouth: A hint of acidity in mouth and an average persistency.
Serve at: 17/18oC
Wine & Food: To accompany grilled fishes and white meats.
Ageing: To be drunk young.
